LOCAL RULE 65.1 LAND SALES
 
  1. Preliminary Judicial Title.

    Except for summary land sales, a preliminary judicial title or title commitment shall be required with the filing of the Complaint in all actions filed for the sale of real estate by a fiduciary.

  2. Real Estate Brokers' Commissions.

    Real estate brokers' commissions are limited to seven percent (7%) of the sale price. No minimum fee shall be accepted by the Court.

    Commissions on commercial property (land only) are limited to ten percent (10%) of the sale price. No minimum fee shall be accepted by the Court.
