WRONGFUL DEATH SETTLEMENT |
- Conference.
Upon filing of an estate, the assigned
Magistrate shall hold a conference with counsel.
- Notice.
Pursuant to Civil Rule 73 E(7), the
Court shall publish notice to next of kin at least thirty
(30) days prior to the hearing on settlement for wrongful
death claims.
- Hearing.
If all beneficiaries are of an unequal
degree of consanguinity, an evidentiary hearing shall
be conducted at the discretion of the Magistrate.
